Pricing & Payments
Q. When are fees charged?
A. All fees are charged only after reservations are confirmed.
No charges are applied prior to confirmation (except reservation assistance fees where applicable).
Q. Are there any prepayments for medical procedures?
A. No. Medical treatments are decided only after an in-person consultation with the doctor at the clinic.
Before your visit, there are no prepayments for procedures . only concierge reservation assistance fees apply.
Dining Concierge (Michelin & Popular Restaurants)
Q. What should I know about restaurant reservations?

Deposit policies vary by restaurant and will be confirmed individually at the time of booking.

Deposits are typically non-refundable and no-shows may incur significant penalties.

For Michelin-starred restaurants, we recommend requesting reservations at least two months in advance.

Requests made within one month may incur an express handling fee (2×) upon successful booking.
Transportation & Chauffeur
Q. Can you arrange English- or Chinese-speaking drivers?
A. Yes. English- or Chinese-speaking drivers can be arranged upon request.
Please note that additional fees apply for foreign-language drivers.
Q. Does airport pickup pricing vary?
A. Yes. Airport shuttle pricing varies based on the number of passengers and vehicle type.

A. For Medical & Beauty Concierge services, we recommend that each guest submits their information individually under the relevant category on the website.
This includes personal details and goals to ensure accurate medical review and tailored recommendations.
Q. Is interpretation and on-site escort available for clinic visits?
A. Yes. Interpretation and on-site escort services can be provided during clinic visits and while you are at the hospital or clinic.
